I couldn’t wait to use them on a card. So without further ado, here’s what I made. It’s a virtual fiesta!
Here’s a closer look at the Llama. That face! Isn’t he just the cutest?
Looking for a way to put the Llama front and center without him looking lost on the card, I decided upon this card base, purchased in the Silhouette store. This card was a good call…I also like that you get to see him even when you open the card. I made some changes to the card by adding a cut border and a mat, into which I imported digital paper from the Thanksgiving Turkeys Paper Pack by Erin Bradley. The edges of the yellow pieces were sponged with the green ink to match the card stock.
I picked my card stock to match the digital paper; Cucumber Crush and So Saffron worked perfectly. The orange card stock came from my stash.
I wanted to come up with a clever greeting to play off the Llama…thank you Google! Inside, I took it a bit further. It may be a little corny, but I think it’s cute. And I think it will put a smile on the recipient’s face!
That’s it for today! See you soon with another project!
